  • To match high school students with university students for personalized guidance.

  • To match or communicate your application towards a firm you expressed interest in on our job board.

  • Your tutor/mentor will receive your email and phone number, but this information will only be shared between matched pairs (i.e., the high school student and their designated tutor or the university student and their designated mentor).
  • The firm you have applied to via our job platform “ITAlent” will receive the information you have provided about your profile in the specific “ITAlent” form.

We do not share your personal data with any third-party organizations, except for our use of the Gomry platform for managing and storing data. We ensure that all personal data remains secure on Gomry and that it is only accessible to authorized personnel.

We retain your personal data for a period of five (5) years from the date you submit your application. After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless further retention is required by law or for legitimate organizational needs.

Additionally, access to your data is restricted to nominated staff members who have been granted permission to access our Gomry account.
